"The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page." - Saint Augustine of Hippo. It's been a privilege that I have the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world, and for more than a decade, to live overseas with my family. Travelling indeed enlarges our minds and creates space in our hearts to embrace the otherness of different peoples and cultures. Alongside my travels are my constant "little companions" - brushes, paints and palette, and papers - to capture not just a scenery, moment or a memory, but a sense of our common togetherness as humans living in different parts of the world, a sacred communion as it were, with the place, her history and her peoples.
