"Around the Corner" is not exactly 'around the world', but I wanted to include this iconic part of Singapore's Chinatown that in itself, is a world within another world. The dream-like feel of this painting adds to the mystery of the subject cycling around the corner of this unique street and building with the light silhouette of the Pinnacle@Duxton in the background.
